First of all, I want to apologise for posting this in Noctis Lucis Caelum and Stella Nox Fleuret tags, but I really can’t ignore a few posts I’ve seen here. This is about Lightis. Yes, if you don’t like, please scroll down, or even block me. I don’t care how much hate mails I’m going to recieve after this, but as a fan, I must speak my thoughts.
I am a Noctella shipper. I’m proud of that. I don’t hate Lightning or Lightis, either. Most of my friends ship Lightis, and we’re cool. I understand why people ship their OTPs, that’s their rights. But bitching about the character of other ship is not nice. I get it, Lightis fandom is the biggest and the strongest of all. So what? Does that gain them the right to insult Stella when they don’t even know her yet? Does that gain them the rights to insult Noctella shippers (or even just Stella lovers?) Does that gain them the rights to say whatever they want no matter how hurtful it is to others? Does that make them any better than the rest of the world who don’t ship Lightis? No, sir. I am tired and sick of whoever calls themselves true Lightis fan and thinks they can crush other ships. No. The same goes to Noctella fans who insult Lightis ship. If you are truly a fan of Noctis, Lightning, Stella, and whatever ship, you will respect the characters, respect other fans.
No, we Noctella fans never ask why you ship Lightis. We actually don’t care. Then why would you make it big by posting something that could possibly cause a war between ships? Lightis fandom is not big enough already? Why asking for more attention? You see, if you think Noctella never happens, well, did Lightis ever happen? If you think we ship Noctella just because they’re in the same game, I can make a list of reasons why I ship them. Lightis has many artwork, fan-made videos, ect. Well, guess what, we Noctella fans have our own fantasy too. So don’t ruin it with your cruel words, thank you very much.
Lightis is stronger and bigger than us, I agree. But are you real fans? Or just a group of people who like to bully weaker ships and show off your OTP? Who gave Lightis fans the right to say Noctella will never happen? Who gave them the right to crush others’ dream? And for those who think Noctella fans “bother” your ship, no, you are bothering us. If a Noctella fan annoys your ship, saying things you don’t like, please talk to them in PRIVATE. Don’t just drag it into a tag, then say Noctella bothers you.
This isn’t about Lightis or Noctella. It’s about people who can’t stand what other people say about their interests.
So, I thank you for all Noctella, Lightis and whoever read my post. I appreaciate all your comments. I’m not trying to start a war here. Just stating my opinions. All I hope for is peace between ships. If you disagree, my box will always open for your comments. Talk to me directly. Thank you very much.
As for true Noctella fans, please stay strong, be polite, be mature, have faith, stay true to what you believe in. You are not alone, even if it seems so. KEEP CALM AND SHIP NOCTELLA.
